Relationships in The Hills
Happy Friday!
TGIF! I filmed all day yesterday with a headache! It really took a lot out of me! What are some ways you get rid of a headache?
Speaking of filming on The Hills, I just wanted to share this short video with you! It's about my relationships with the cast. Kristin and I get along this season. I also get the opportunity to hang out with Lo and Stephanie a lot more this time around – which is super great! I've been also getting a lot of questions about my boyfriend, Ryan – about how we met, if we are broken up or not (we are not!!) and how it's like filming with him. I sat down with MTV's Jocelyn Vena to talk about it.

For headaches, Excedrin Migraine is AMAZING. I have diagnosed migraines and it usually takes care of a migraine so I don't have to take my prescription medicine, which takes a lot out of me. Also, try drinking a Red Bull or any energy drink. Caffeine can really help a headache.

Well I can sympathize about the headaches. I get migraines and they are not fun! Sometimes they last a day or two. I try to fend them off by staying hydrated, remembering to eat throughout the day. But sometimes they come on if I am stressed, tired, or hormonal! If I feel one coming on I try to take something for it as soon as I can. I can't really take many medications because they make me dizzy. I usually use over the counter meds like Excedrin migraine. But then the caffeine can make me too shaky. It's a no-win sometimes! ;) Mostly I just have to crawl into bed in a dark room and sleep it off for a few hours. Hang in there, you are a trooper! Can't wait to see this week's episode.

Hi Audrina! At first I thought about not watching too much of this season because Lauren left the show, but now I have reason to. You were always one of my favorites when I first started watching The Hills. You are my role model! I love your style and your personality ROCKS. Everyone else but you on the show seems like they fuel off of drama. I know there really wouldn't be a point for the show if there weren't any, but I'm so glad there's at least one of you who is mellow about every situation... that would be you!
